Laverne Diede – Laverne Diede is a native of Dickinson, ND.  She started with Dr. Oltmanns in 1998. She received her certification as Paraoptometric in 2001.  Her duties consist of Contact Lens Specialist, Pretesting, Special testing and Low Vision. She enjoys working with people while providing a valuable service to our patients.

Her husband Ron and herself have been married 44 years, they have 3 children, Rhonda, Kevin, and Ryan and 6 grandchildren.  Her Interests are spending time with family, especially the grandchildren, camping and other outdoor activities. She is also active in church activities.

Lisa Beseler – Lisa is a Certified Paraoptometric Assistant and has been a member of the American Optometric Association for the past 10 years. Her primary responsibility is filing insurance. She also works with pretesting , special testings, and reception area as needed. Lisa has two daughters Meghan and Isabella.

Denice Van Doorne – Denice began work with us in April 2006 as a receptionist.  She recently took on the position of Office Manager. Her position includes hiring and training new staff, accounts payable, daily deposits, bookkeeping duties, scheduling and supervising staff. She also schedules patients for their appointment sans patient check-in. She is also responsible for chart preparation and updating. Her job keeps her extremely busy.

Denice is married to Ron, a police officer of the City of Dickinson. When not at work, Denice enjoys spending time with her family. She has one son, Adam, a daughter-in-law, Alissa, and a new granddaughter Taylor, and a daughter Tessa who will graduate in May 2008 with her RN degree from DSU.

Katie Banyai - Katie is an ABOC Certified Optician and member of American Optemetric Association. She has been with us since September of 2008.She is an Honors graduate of Dickinson High School class of 2001. She enjoys working with the community that she has grown up with. Her duties include working with patients and their eyewear selection, ordering in the newest frames,glasses repair, and working with eyewear fabrication.

In her free time Katie loves to spend it with her family, friends and to take her dog for walks. She also enjoys sewing, doing home improvements, and relaxing with a good movie.

Holly Stenberg - Holly began work with Eyewear Concepts in January 2008 as an Optician. She has since become an ABOC Certified Optician as of December 2010. She enjoys her job and only strives for the best. Her duties include advising patients through frame and lens selection for best optical performance, she also works in the in house lab edging and drilling lenses.

Holly has lived her whole life in Dickinson. She has two wonderful girls Jazmin age 6 and Zavrina age 4 months. She enjoys spending time with her girls.

Brielle Ekre - Brielle was born in Dickinson and grew up in Beach, ND. She graduated with High honors from Beach High School in 2009 and continued her education at Dickinson State University and North Dakota State University. Brielle started with Eyewear Concepts in May 2011. Brielle is working towards her optician's certification. She enjoys serving the Dickinson community and assisting patients with all their eyewear needs.

When Brielle is not working you will find her out hunting, fishing, and entertaining friends and family. Brielle enjoys cooking and spoiling her nieces and nephews. She looks forward to meeting all our patients and learning all there is to know about opticianry work.

Jessica Forsch - Jessica began at Eyewear Concepts in April of 2008. Her primary responsibilities include pre-testing and special testing. Jessica is currently a Senior at Dickinson State University and is pursuing a major in Pre-Professional Biology and a minor in Leadership Studies and Chemistry. She aspires to become a Doctor of Optometry.

In her free time Jessica enjoys spending time with her family, reading, scrapbooking, and decorating cakes.

Mckenzie Kinzel - Mckenzie was born and raised in Dickinson, ND. She graduated with honors from Dickinson High School in 2010. Mckenzie is a Paraoptometric and Optician's Assistant and enjoys learning new things each and every day while working towards her certification in both fields. Her duties include pretesting patients, special testing, assisting with the fitting of patient frames and selection, as well as glasses repairs.

In her spare time Mckenzie loves being active in playing and coaching hockey. Mckenzie also enjoys camping, shopping, and being involved in almost any sport.

Jere Rogers - Jere was born and raised in Billings, MT. Moved to Williston in 1980 and began her career as an optician in 1984. She has been a member of the American Board of Opticianry since 1986. Jere was a General Manager with Twin City Optical in Bismarck where she was responsible for laboratory operations before moving to Dickinson in 2008. Her duties include assisting patients with frame, lens, and lens treatment selections. Also adjustments, eyeglass repairs, final inspections, and lens fabrication.

Jere married Sam in 1983 and has two children Bradly and Kayla. She enjoys outdoor activities such as camping, motorcycling, golfing, and boating.
